evin McKeachie is an accomplished chef/instructor who has been cooking professionally for 16 years. His special love is Italian and Continental cuisines. He has been working at the world-class Toronto based Scaramouche Restaurant for 10 years, and teaching in the Scaramouche Kitchen Studio for 4 of those years. Kevin has found a personal passion with Italian cuisine, particularly because he considers it a healthy, soul-stirring way of life.
